COLUMBUS, INDIANA, January 27, 2025—Kirr, Marbach & Company, LLC is pleased to announce the Kirr, Marbach Partners Value Fund (KMVAX) demonstrated exceptional annual performance in 2024, finishing the year in the top 4% among 403 Morningstar Mid-Cap Blend Funds based on total returns. This follows a top 18% ranking among 420 Morningstar Mid-Cap Blend Funds based on total annual returns in 2023. See the standardized performance table below.

The Fund’s Gross Expense Ratio and Net Expense Ratio were 1.45% according to the Prospectus dated January 28, 2025. The Adviser has contractually agreed to reduce its fees at least until February 28, 2026.
Effective January 28, 2025, (1) the Adviser has contractually agreed to lower its management fee from 1.00% to 0.90% of the Fund’s average daily net assets and (2) the Adviser has contractually agreed to waive its management fee and/or reimburse the Fund’s other expenses to the extent necessary to ensure that the total annual operating expenses do not exceed 1.35% of its average net assets until February 28, 2026.
